Go into your devices network menu select the network name thst matches the one on the hub's label and then type the Wifi passcode exactly as given on the same label. That should work unless somebody has manually changed the details or the device has got confused.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you need to access to the hub's interface to change passwords etc follow the instructions here&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/find-and-change-your-wireless-password" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/find-and-change-your-wireless-password&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
