      <title>Repeated connection issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am repeatedly having network issues, the Home Screen won't load, no apps are available and nothing will load on any device. But if I ever try to check the signal using the sky app it says everything is fine? How can it be fine when the signal check is the only thing that loads?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
