Hi

My router appears to have stopped working correctly.

If I plug into one of the ethernet ports it works fine.

But I cannot connect to the router, although it appears in my list of networks I get an error everytime I try to connect to it.
I have plugged one of my extenders into the main router and I can then connect to the wifi.

Regards

Daren

@Daren71 as a first step reset the hub by pressing and holding in the rest pin until the power light blinks which will rest the passcodecto the value on the label hopefully allowing you to connect your devices. If thst works consider how somebody got access to the hub and changed its wifi password which unfortunstely is the most likely cause. Changing both the wifi passcword and the admin password would be sendible to stop it happening again see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/find-and-change-your-wireless-password

If you are still stuck give Sky a call to get the hub switched out.
