Cancelling a engineer?

Tried to cancel a engineering for tomorrow as its now working our hub was playing up anyway to do this? I've tried online saying contact centre is busy and gives me no other opinion to cancel???

There may be a fee levied for cancelling with short notice. Let the engineer attend to double check

Only just done the engineer so should have more then half hr time to cancel it surely..... thank u
