      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've just signed up to Sky broadband and TV. I'll be moving from BT (broadband and entertainment package). How does Sky know I'm moving? &lt;P&gt;When you put your postcode/phone number into the Sky website it should have said that it sees an currently active service at the address&lt;/P&gt;</description>
