topic Certain web pages don’t load despite fast internet speeds in Broadband

we have found since switching to sky that certain web pages take incredibly long times to load/ sometimes don't load at all. Note that this didn't used to happen on our old internet and it isn't every web page. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

@Kat2107 first step is to check the setting for Sky's Broadband Shield which the account holder can do by logging into the My Sky app and going to product options by default new connections are set to 13.

However it msy just be Sky's DNS running slowly which can happen it will clear but its a pain until it does. Quickest way round thst is to add a public DNS address to your devices network settings I use Google's servers at 8.8.8.8 amd 8.8.4.4. How you do thst depends on the device but generally go into the Network settings and find the entry for DNS and manually add thosectwo addresses to the list as well as 192.q68.0.1 which is the hub.
