<title>topic Broadband keeps losing connection in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Broadband-keeps-losing-connection/m-p/4602862#M385083</link>
<description>Hi, our broadband seems to lose connection quite often, but all lights stay green on the router; we haven't moved the router at all (its been in the same position since installing without issues until recently), when I run a test on the sky app it says all looks good, but in the settings on sky it will show a cross to say it's not connected to the Internet. This issue has been happening a lot over the last few weeks, the internet drops in and out and when it is working it's quite slow and I've had the message several times that the Internet is 'slower than it should be'. Can anyone advise please?</description>
