    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, no internet service for nearly an hour. &amp;nbsp;The PON light is showing a red light during this period. &amp;nbsp;I have reset both router and the white bt &amp;nbsp;connector box that the router connects too. &amp;nbsp;Is this common in the Woodford Green, London area?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
