      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just called the sky number and the automated call centre did a test and said i have an issue with the broadband&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;told me to go online and log the issue on there but couldnt get online because it doesnt recognise me&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why cant i just speak to someone about fixing the issue directly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help me fix the lines for the broadband please&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have to turn of the wi-fi on the devices to load anything&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;not sure what else to put apart from Sky acknowledge there is an issue but cant speak to anyone to get it fixed (and we pay a fortune for sky yet its not working)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
