      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3917618"&gt;@LizShepherd&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;it is unfortunate to lose the connection over the holiday weekend. Assuming you havecreported tge issue to Sky they will get Openreach who own the line Sky use to check your line but they dont work on domestic lines over weekends or holidays.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There have been more issues than normal caused by the recent bad weather.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
