      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4009863"&gt;@Rick100&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;do you mean the broadband connection tomthe hub or the Wifi connection from the hub to your device. Check the LEDs on the hub if the canter one changes from green to amber it means there is a line issue if so run the connection test in the My Sky app which works over a mobile as thst will tell you if there is a known issue affecting your line. If there isn't call Sky to report the fault.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the connection lightvstays green you have an issue in your home with wifi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
