      <description>&lt;P&gt;no connection to internet. &amp;nbsp; I call sky and get stuck in a robot voiced loop. Then sends me a link to help troubleshoot problem. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;As I said I have no connection to internet so therefore cannot open link! &amp;nbsp;What do I do now?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
