The test will tell you if there is a known issue affecting your line. If the hub is connected it will test the line and if it finds an issue it can offer to book an engineer to check. Otherwise you need to call Sky &amp;nbsp;who can see details on the connection from their end and if Openreach will attend to sort any problems.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You dont say why you want the line checked but given the recent weather loads of lines have issues.which will sort themselves as things dry out and the automatic systems adapt.
