    <description>My internet keeps dropping out at random times. I have restarted my router several times but it keeps doing it randomly. It is affecting the wifi and both playstation and xbox which get used alot in this house. Also when it's not working (even though lights are green and sky box is wired direct to the router) we can't get on streaming services like netflix or sky cinema. It's been happening for a couple of days now. I have tried the broadband checker on the app and it says everything is good, but it still keeps going off.</description>

      <description>Same here, app says everythinf is fine, but it's clearly not. Not sure what else to do, also reset the router etc.</description>
