      <description>&lt;P&gt;Internet went down during bad weather yesterday, came back on late evening, went off over night and still off now. Using checker it says no issues in my area but I am aware locally there have been problems. &amp;nbsp;Are there issues with service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
