      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4008202"&gt;@Caz33&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you laptop wont connect to the hub's wifi it can be you are not entering the password correctly or the signal is too weak. The first is surprisingly easy to do first tell the laptop to forget the connection then reboot it and try again but check you are not reading a figue 1 as a capital I or vice versa or similar.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your laptop wont connectvdue to range first connectvit close to the hub itvshould remain connected unless thecsignal is really poor if you move back to where you were.&lt;/P&gt;
