Have you tried to run the broadband test to see if it finds a external issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the past few weeks, our sky broadband has kept dropping out and then reconnecting after about a minute.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Separately, the wi-fi signal becomes very slow - about 1mbps even though the upload was still 4mbps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've turned the router on and off a couple of times.
