Wifi turns off randomly at night. Power and WiFi Is green light but Internet and voice is orange. Even after restarting it

I'm ha ING the same problem, it has happened again tonight at 12.50. All the tests on the app say everything OK, except it says nothing is connected. But this happens almost every night

Same it's been happening alot recently and it used to happen every day then stopped and is happening again. Idk what to do. Can't call them. It allways happen whenever they can't answer calls

The app says everything is OK for me aswell nut was last updated just before it turned off

@Abdul14 and @Cloughie if your services are back up this morning it was likely Openreach were doing work at the exchange and took down the connection for a few hours while that was completed. If your service is still down this morning give Sky a call to report the issue.
