Loads of issues currently probably due to the very wet weather but if thectestvus clear report the fault to Sky by calling them. Calls on your Sky Talk line to Sky are free just dial 150.

The Wi-Fi is extremely slow. I am literally sitting next to the router and I cannot get Wi-Fi on my telephone, only through my iPad which is extremely slow. I cannot stream anything at all as this was tried yesterday.
