&lt;P&gt;FTTP can be cheaper at wholesale pricing than FTTC: once in place it has a considerably lower support cost, and it's also currently on incentive pricing to encourage uptake.&amp;nbsp; There's no obligation on ISPs to be 'fair', and until FTTP is everywhere that's not possible anyway.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky has deals for 30£ with more than 100 mb/s, but I pay 39£ for 30mb/s because in my area that's the max speed. It is quite not fair.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
