    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky app says broadband ans wifi ok. But q box not connecting. Only one network option now and we had two. Tried to reset Q box network settings and it wont attach to the one option there is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4006400"&gt;@JayVee03&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;reboot the Sky hub by powering down for 30 seconds. If the Q box does not reconnect call Sky so they can check things for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
