Internet always dropping out

Internet dropping out intermittently with problem becoming more regular. Today internet is constantly dropping. Have conducted test with results saying everything is ok even though internet isn't working!!!
not a happy customer right now

Have you run the broadband test and checked your routers stats?

Yes, I have and it says that everything is fine. This has been going on for a few weeks now & is becoming more frequent

I am also having the same problem. Drops out a number of times a day.

Well your stats look OK as your noise margin is around 6db so doesn't appear to be a line fault.

The problem with random dropouts is that unless you're into double figures a day it isn't seen as a fault as such.

If you are I would post your router log on here and some of the more technical members may be able to shed some light.

The stats show your line hasn't dropped for over 30 days. I'm therefore assuming it's a wifi issue.

Stats look pretty good. Noise margin around 6db (can drop to 3db if your line is stable and you're on a Huawei cabinet).

Might be worth posting your router log next time the connection drops and see if anyone on here can shed some light.

Have you run the line tests? If it detects an issue with your line it will allow an engineer to be booked.

Sky engineer came out, changed my hub, master socket and cable and all seems sorted. Even gave me a WiFi booster for upstairs. Appears the access points I have (ubiquiti) don't play very well with Sky equipment. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Unfortunately I have the same issue, the speed test says everything is fine but my WiFi regularly drops. It is now happening daily and it is making it very difficult to work from home or even set a radio alarm.
