    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have no internet, I have reset the router and switched it off. There is an intermittent red flashing red light. Sky says everything is fine, but it almost definitely not!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you use the service checker on your my sky app you would need to use 4g/5g mobile data . Hopefully if it finds a fault it should let you report it&lt;/P&gt;</description>
