      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4004647"&gt;@Pj14&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Sky often dont know when a particular fault will be sorted as often the engineers repairing the network dont know themselves so the estimate was somebody's best guess. Unfortunately you will have to be patient as there is nothing more you can do but wait.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
