Sky loans booster hardware free under the terms of the WiFi Guarantee element of the Broadband Boost and Max WiFi subscription supplements, and to fix Q television problems: they don't otherwise provide or sell them. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.

Issues with connection across multiple devices in daughters bedroom - PS4, iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad and sky box. Download speed very slow, for apple products cannot perform software updates as connection not strong enough, cannot take phone calls across WiFi as callers say cannot hear, always have to switch to data. Sky box comes up with errors saying no connection from mini box to main sky box, always having to switch off and back on, but troubleshooting says no issues. Wifi always cutting out from iPhone and iPad in bedroom causing issues when online meaning can't work from home. Have already spoken to sky who said will need to test connection from bedroom specifically, might need WiFi booster.
