      <title>Sky Broadband order not showing on MySkyApp</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all - I received a confirmation email for my order of Sky Broadvand and created a MySkyApp account using the same email address that I used to purchase the broadband.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I log into the app / via browser, I cannot see any "messages", "documents", "orders", or "contracts" that would show the package I ordered, whether the hub has been dispatched for delivery, etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone know how to resolve this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you placed the order today then you might need to give it 24 hours or perhaps until Monday for things to start to appear via the account you created.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
