      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have done all that about 50 times. It says there are no problems in the area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Internet is on but there is no wifi. Tv is just a blank blue screen. It did come up with a message that there is a technical issue and theyre working hard to fix the problem. But this has been going on since 4:30pm yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It won't open on 5G, says it cannot open the page because I'm not connected to the internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spoke to sky and they've ran me through a bunch of trouble shooting. Which was mainly focusing on the tv when the tv is not the issue, the internet is and it is clearly a external issue. An engineer is coming on Monday which isn't particularly helpful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
