      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have exactly same problem with hole day, when I checked status in my area it's showing everything is ok, when I diagnose my connection is telling I should book engineer and pay 15£ extra because of weekend.Sky should fix problem not try to charge you extra&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
