    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am moving homes at the end of this month and I have already contacted Sky regarding this and booked for an Engineer visit too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, the engineer visit status on the app mentions my current addres and not the address where I would be moving to. How can I update these details without any further delay as I am moving on the 28 of March but I have an engineer visit on the 3rd of April.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lavin&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
