Sounds like you need a booster. If you want to claim one from Sky you'll need the Broadband Boost or Sky Max addon subscription.

An open reach engineer visited us last week, sent by sky as our speed was too low. The engineer moved our box to our hall way to bypass some internet connections in the house which were affecting the speed.we can now no longer get the Wi-Fi signal on the other side of our house in the conservatory.what should we do please.?

Thank you. Can I just buy my own booster and connect it, or do I have to do it through sky ? We were ok until the engineer moved our Wi-Fi box.

You can buy a 3rd party one if you want but it may not integreate & perform as well as a Sky one
