&lt;P&gt;Next time you go through the process can you watch the broadband light on your hub to see if it goes out or goes orange? If this happens it does sound like you have a faulty filter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet connection is via a Sky filter on my BT landline. If any online transaction or purchase requires a One Time Password or code, When that procedure is through my landline phone, when I try to enter the code I find the original internet connection {ie the purchase / transaction} has dropped out and back to square one. Is the filter faulty? internet connection by cable rather than wifi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
