    <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried all solutions and service checkers which were stating there was no issue. Rang up and a single test run was done, they found an issue with the line and now have to wait 72 hours for an engineer to respond.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Back to the board games it is.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
