      <description>&lt;P&gt;So its normal that I cant connect during activation day, and just wait the following day if unable to connect. Will someone came to our house to fix the issue or just need to contact Sky costumer service?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But sometimes this does not happen as planned and can take till midnight for it to happen, also sometimes it does fail to happen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
