&lt;P&gt;So have you reported it to Sky? If they discover a fault they will pass it to Openreach for investigation. Openreach have a&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;target&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;fix time of two working days from when they are informed which they claim to achieve 85% of the time. It's worth noting that as Sky Broadband is a domestic service wfh will not speed up the process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;WiFi is down, this is a repetitive issue which is unacceptable because I work from home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Internet light is orange, the other two are green, I have tried following all of the recommendations by sky to resolve this and no luck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
