Same problem LS26. I'm finding the app useless as it's telling me there's no issue with my connection however there's 2 orange lights on the router so they obviously don't communicate very well. Very disappointed 😔

I am living in Harrow and is the same like is showing to all of you . The sky app test is saying that is ok but on the router is showing amber light. And I don't have internet connection

It says on sky help teams twitter that there is planned maintenance in Wales and Gloucestershire between 00:00 to 06:00 could be connected

If it's still down it's not likely to be overnight maintenance so report it to Sky.

The below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when the fault is first reported to Sky, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account.
