Yeah , I am aware that you only get what your guaranteed over ethernet. More complaint about the lack of connectivity and the fact that devices struggle to load basic emails with pictures over the WiFi .

Sky has provided a pretty poor experience.

Appreciate your response though 😃

We have limited connectivity in certain areas of the house. We lose connection completely merely 10ft away from the router. Download speeds are not what we pay for -450mpbs is not what we are getting. Connection upstairs is also extremely poor. Done all the basic troubleshooting. Resetting the devices, resetting the WiFi . There are no are issues currently. We already had issues prior to getting the WiFi and it frustrating now we are having issues with the WiFi 6 weeks after installation

The speed you pay for is only guaranteed via ethernet, if your doing the tests over WiFi this is not a valid result and you cannot claim you are not getting the speeds you pay for.

As for WiFi range, if you are struggling with it then you can claim Pods if you have the Sky Max subscription. This should increase your coverage
