Sky broadband is down, solid orange voice light. Service checker and fix says everything is in working order.. it clearly isn't.

The service checker checks for outages in your area so if there is a fault on your line only it will not show this. So try running the test here to see if a fault is found:

Mine is the same CH4 area. Solid orange internet and voice lights, same when re booted

I had booked someone to come out but it started working again. Cancelled appointment today after a day with no problems. Now the same issue again.

the diagnostic link tells me there is no problem with broadband or WiFi. Also orange light has gone out so left with just green power and WiFi lights.

@Pricey2014 Mines been ok for a few days now but I've got no light at all for voice calls now !! Next time it goes I'll be calling Sky
