Thank you for taking a look - it's over WIFI. Just been in and out consistently over today.

One moment my little wifi icon on my laptop shows 5 bars, seconds later it'll be back to one.

My connectivity just keeps dropping in and out. I have rebooted router and booster numerous times.

Router Statistics

System Up Time: 01:56:06

Port Status TxPkts RxPkts Collision Pkts Tx b/s Rx b/s Up Time WAN MER 565390 1471160 0 83117 741488 01:53:54 LAN Up 60975 8815 0 29098 12362 01:56:06 WLAN (2.4 GHz) Up 56114 709 0 16437 1248 01:54:03 WLAN (5 GHz) Up 1930490 859421 0 1014117 129434 01:53:45

Broadband Link Downstream Upstream Connection Speed 74000 kbps 19999 kbps Line Attenuation D1(11.1 dB) , D2(27.6 dB) , D3(41.8 dB) U0(5.3 dB) , U1(22.7 dB) , U2(33.9 dB) Noise Margin 8.1 dB 15.4 dB

Your stats dont show a line drop for the last 2hrs, not sure when you last noticed a drop?

The only thing I can see is there is a very minor line fault which is limiting your speed to 74mbps instead of the full 80mbps. However this should not affect stability and the router isnt reporting any drops in connection.

Are you observing your drops over WiFi or ethernet?

Do you have any Sky boosters or Sky Q? If so how many of each?

Its worth checking to see if your mini box & booster stay connected when you notice the issue. Usually on the mini box you would see a 'connectivity issue' message & on the booster the wireless/broadband light would go out.
