    <description>Anyone else having major broadband issues in NW Liverpool, lights all fine on router but sky glass isn't working. Any channel we click on channel comes on but banner at the top keeps saying loading your programme but then after 20-30 secs it goes back to menu and banner message says channel is having issues (on every channel), so tried switching over to firestick but that isn't working just says unable to connect to amazon home. Ran service checks and Internet speed checks and all says fine but it blatantly isn't even devices like nintendo switch aren't working properly? 🤷🏾‍&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":male_sign:"&gt;♂️&lt;/span&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My broadband has just stopped in north Lincolnshire but when I've done the check on the sky app it says everything is ok &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt;🤦‍&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":female_sign:"&gt;♀️&lt;/span&gt; having a lot of problems with it lately, especially being slow and upstairs and we have the booster too!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah ours has stopped in north Lincolnshire also and saying the same thing on the app. My partner had a look and sky are saying they are improving the services in East Midlands so people may experience loss of internet from midnight to 6am. But where I am in north Lincolnshire isn't on the list they have given.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No matter where you live at&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;that time of night it could be maintenance taking place. This is carried out overnight to keep disruption to a minimum as most customers are asleep. If it hasn't returned by 7ish this morning call Sky to report it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
