If so, you possible could have a bad filter as one option, but you also do not have the internet led on the hub showing green so there is no connection from the router - filter - line -sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If line is down, remove filter and plug phone direct into the socket on the wall, and listen for dial tone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Post back your result.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have tried diagnostic checks which come back okay, and the WiFi light is on on our router, but we are still not receiving internet to our devices.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
