3 MBPS on work laptop

Hello,

I'm using a work laptop from home and I only get 3 MBPS on and off the VPN! This is the same on 4 different work laptops I've tried. When in the office on their WiFi I get 80 MBPS!

I also get 3 MBPS when hardwired with an Ethernet cable at home. All permalink devices are 75MBPS as they should be.

I tried it at another property with sky and I get the same issue. 95% less than what im supposed to get. I just tried it at a friends house who is with Virgin and I achieved 122MBPS but they get 500 MBPS. Nothing makes sense!

Can anyone advise please?

I have spent hours on the phones to sky and I think they are stumped too.

@penguin6 as a start why not post your Sky hub's connection stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

I don't seem to have an maintenance tab - it looks different to what you have.
