I have a very old router... I think it needs an upgrade, service has been dropping lately. The last engineer that was out (unrelated) did comment some time ago that ours was very old

Perhaps worth noting that Sky now has four generations of router still in support, dating over a decade.

SR102 Sky Hub (2013)

ER110/115 Q Hub (2016)

SR203/204 Sky Broadband Hub (2019)

SR213 Max Hub (2023)

It's the white Hub pre-dating the 102 and any earlier models (including Netgear, O2 and BE units) which are officially out of support.

The 102 is 802.11n and the Q Hub can't support Sky Talk Internet Calls, so those are effectively obsolete too.
