    <description>&lt;P&gt;My hub has green power and wifi lights, orange voice light and the Internet light is off. I tried testing my broadband online and it says my wifi has an issue but then when I run the wifi test it says it's fine. I can't get to any websites though.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you let us know what sort of router &amp;amp; connection you have, we'll get you a step by step guide on what to check.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The most likely thing is that a connection between your router and where your connection comes in has dissconected. try checking network plugs from your router are all pushed in fully(but don't force them)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;let us know what happens&lt;/P&gt;</description>
