Broadband ordered in February, BT have had 2 attempts to install and failed both times, last attempt being Wednesday last week ( too late to do anything at 3.50 in the afternoon apparently), no communication or timelines from BT or Sky, no apparent way of easily contacting a human to find out what's happening, it it time to cancel Broadband and Stream TV and just walk away? or any ideas please? Thanks.
