    <description>I'm having the same issue but when you run service checker on sky app it says everything's ok but nothing will connect and only 3 green lights on the box and a yellow. Happens all the time, sky's getting worse thinking of moving supplier. Restart the router and hope it works for you</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. I've just joined them. Turns out all I needed to do was pull out and re plug in the internet cable. The only one I hadn't tried.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
