      <description>&lt;P&gt;Open reach activated my line on Wednesday 13th March. &amp;nbsp;However, my hub hasn't arrived yet, it hasn't even been dispatched yet according to my order status. &amp;nbsp;Not a word from Sky yet, pretty poor service already!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
