The Sky wireless Hubs aren't the best in the world and need careful position away from metal objects and up relatively high on a shelf in a central location in the premises, and even then, in larger houses, you'll likely need wireless boosters to reach every piece of wireless equipment.

If you aren't using the latest Sky Max Hub then it may be wise to upgrade it performs the best and has wireless 802.11ax support for newer devices but the Sky Max Hub costs an additional monthly fee.
