Have checked connection, says wi-if is a problem but the auto fix does not work. Have a Sky booster as well.

@Eric7374 The web diagnostic tool does not get it always right, what is the specific issue regarding your wireless wifi connection and devices that you use. Take a quick look at your broadband shield setting in your sky account also.

Thanks for your response. I have looked at sky shield and cannot see anything untoward. This morning switching off my iPad cleared the email but that doesn't always work. Any other ideas please or who I can go to for help? Cheers

@Eric7374 That may be your problem, are you able to turn it to off to test?

You can turn it back later, takes sometimes a few hours to go active before use.

And are you mostly apple device working, or mixture

All Apple devices except a rarely used laptop. If I turn off shield will it not open me to other potential problems?

@Eric7374 Read the link below about shield, i have had mine off for years but i dont now have youngsters to worry about, nest is empty, and fridge is empty when they visit. More about the testing you can turn back the settings later as previous post.
