Hi guys I have signed up for ultrafast broadband that cost a £1 more than the supper fast broadband and its 145gb am only getting the superfast and only getting 51gb and still paying the Ultrafast price! Any idea why!!??

Unless you already have FTTP broadband at the address, you cannot be upgraded from a Superfast to an Ultrafast speed without an installer visit. This has a lead time to be scheduled, and you'll have been notified of the first date Openreach can get to you.

Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.

Incidentally, it's Mbs (megabits per second), not 'gb'
