Had Openreach engineer out yesterday who sorted out the wiring coming into our property that was damaged reulting in slow speed. This issue was resolved but we are still repeatedly losing the lights on the router & therefore any connection. This was happening before but is now even worse, so incredibly frustrating!
What is going on?

 Router Statistics

System Up Time: 00:24:01

Port Status TxPkts RxPkts Collision Pkts Tx b/s Rx b/s Up Time WAN MER 49162 75736 0 9477 273615 00:22:07 LAN Up 24736 17355 0 447545 25582 00:24:01 WLAN (2.4 GHz) Up 5335 2332 0 1404 198 00:22:11 WLAN (5 GHz) Up 66159 40626 0 354294 9529 00:22:09

Broadband Link Downstream Upstream Connection Speed 40000 kbps 9995 kbps Line Attenuation D1(10.8 dB) , D2(26.2 dB) , D3(43.4 dB) U0(0.2 dB) , U1(16.4 dB) , U2(32.5 dB) Noise Margin 11.5 dB 6.8 dB

So any idea about how to get another engineer to come out, as if I use the Broadband check on Sky.com or the Sky app, it doesn't flag a problem which it did before when the speed was slow?

Listen through the options and stay on the line even after they offer you a text.
